Fall Statement
Well it's the start of another week and it finally feels like FALL!
We had a great weekend full of lunches and brunches spent together, a trip to Homegoods, and church. A weekend well spent! Followed by a Monday full of yard work, washing the car, and taking our pup Rocky on a nice walk together. Our pastor said something Sunday that I am really going to strive to be better about... watch out for the "Me Monster." We need to be less worried about what we're going to say about ourselves and listen more. Stop trying to control everything. That's not to say don't try and don't work hard, but while you're trying and working, don't be so close minded that you forget there's something so much bigger than you in your corner... God. That sometimes we put so much pressure on ourselves and think, "How am I going to this? This isn't possible." It's the old saying, "Let go and let God" and you will really be surprised what He comes up with for you! Usually, it's something way bigger than we could ever imagine. Something to think about...
How I love this top (I picked it up at Ross for only $13.99!) unfortunately, I cannot find one that's a similar color with the polka dots. However, I'm linking two similar polka dot tops and a cute burnt orange sweater. This burnt orange is the perfect fall color! I bought my top with something to wear for Thanksgiving in mind.
These kickback crop jeans from Forever 21 are so comfy and stylish. I LOVE the high waist fit! And these olive green booties are the perfect matching shoe for our in between weather. To try this look, linking all the items below.
Hope you all have a fabulous week and you feel inspired to really go after some goals!!
